Hunting License Idaho
I plan on surviving 1 year out in the wilderness.?
My question is, is there a special licence I can get that would allow me to hunt all year around. Im gonna to try and attemp to live a full year in the wilderness with limited interation with the “civilized world.”
I was thinking Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming any ideas?
As a grad student we received special permits to gather specimens for scientific research. This was a course in Wilderness Survival. No specimens were collected which were not sampled for human consumption. Without a lot of experience you won’t make it. It is hard. Why do you think we started living in groups?? Winter is the worst. Every winter the British SAS hold escape and evasion practice in North Scotland. The locals are very proud of the fact that they never make it. The farmers collect the cold wet troopers and collect a reward. You might have a good year in camper or boat in Alaska and do an in and out civilization as needed. You’ll need bread and booze to last the long evenings. Read up on those who have tried it, practice and good luck. I travel in a van full time and find about every four days I want to restock with fresh veggies and a library for the afternoon.
